Our Woman's Boxing Bootcamp program is an instructor-led non-contact aerobic workout. An intense boxing boot-camp for women who want to be pushed for a maximum workout. This workout is a fun, energetic, and effective way of getting in shape and burning calories. It is also designed to improve overall fitness, co-ordination and flexibility while learning the punches, combinations, and footwork of a competitive boxer.
